California Burritos is an application that allows users to view the product menu and find the nearest branches using geolocation. The app does not allow users to place orders directly; instead, it redirects users to Clover for ordering and payment.

2. App Use

The user must register with their name, email address, phone number, and password to use basic features such as receiving notifications and viewing nearby branches.

The app uses geolocation to show the nearest branch to the user.

The user may be redirected to Clover to complete an order and make a payment.

3. User Responsibility

The user agrees to use the app lawfully, not use it for fraudulent purposes, and not attempt to damage California Burritos systems.

4. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to external platforms (such as Clover). California Burritos is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third parties.

5. Modifications

California Burritos reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published in the app.
