11. Security and Confidentiality

11.1 Handling sensitive information

  • Treat biometric information as sensitive data.
  • Restrict App access to authorized personnel only.
  • Avoid exposing screens with personal data to third parties.

11.2 What must NOT be shared

  • Screenshots containing personal data unless strictly necessary.
  • Photos/selfies via WhatsApp, personal email, or unauthorized chats.
  • Credentials (username/password/PIN).

11.3 Proper device usage

  • Lock the tablet when not in use (if applicable).
  • Do not install unauthorized software.
  • Do not use open or non-corporate networks for operations.

11.4 Incident reporting

Report immediately if:

  • Unauthorized access is suspected.
  • A tablet is lost/stolen.
  • Misuse is detected (impersonation, improper screenshots, etc.).
