📋 Operational Procedures – Summary

1) Preparation Before Registration

Before starting:

  • Verify that the tablet is ready and stable.
  • Confirm that the employee meets facial visibility requirements.
  • Ensure proper lighting and environment conditions.

2) If It Does Not Recognize on the First Attempt

  1. Wait 2–3 seconds.
  2. Check that the face is fully visible.
  3. Confirm that the camera lens is clean.
  4. Verify that WiFi is active.
  5. Try again.

3) If It Fails After 3 Attempts

  1. Close and reopen the application.
  2. Restart the tablet if the issue persists.
  3. Verify internet connection.
  4. Report the incident according to protocol.

4) Indicators of Possible Technical Issues

Report immediately if:

  • The application freezes.
  • The camera does not focus.
  • The screen remains loading for an extended period.
  • The connection drops frequently.
  • The tablet switches WiFi networks during use.

5) Best Practices to Maintain High Operational Performance

  • Do not move the tablet from its assigned location.
  • Do not share user accounts.
  • Do not cover the camera.
  • Do not install additional applications on the tablet.
  • Keep the device connected to a stable network.
  • Report recurring issues immediately.
